IKS Festival_GLACE / Trafic de Styles (Francuska)

IKS Festival  – 22.6.  20 sati DOM MLADIH / MKC SPLIT plesno novocirkuska predstava na ledu GLACE!, Trafic de Styles (Francuska) Claire Bournet i Sébastien Lefrançois udružili su se kako bi kreirali predstavu na raskrižju plesa i tradicionalne klizalačke umjetnosti uz dodatak nekonvencionalnih elemenata i figura. Autori predstave dijele “klizalačko djetinjstvo” u kojem se oboje sjećaju kreativnog neposluha: po završetku treninga, oni su pokušavali stvoriti nove pokrete –  kroz igru su eksperimentirali nove figure, nove osjećaje, van pravila, van konvencija.

 Uvjereni da stvaranje znači emancipaciju, odvajanje od estetskih granica okupili su tim od sedam izvođača koji dolaze iz raznih umjetničkih izričaja –  hip hopa, novog cirkusa, kazališta, plesa, umjetničkog klizanja i plesa na ledu. Točnost, snaga, jedinstvenost, poezija, inspiracija, imaginacija: Trafic de Style ima ono nešto posebno što spaja našu osobnu unutrašnju prirodu sa svemirskom.

Ovaj događaj nastao je u suradnji s Francuskim Institutom u Zagrebu i uz pokroviteljstvo tvrtke Arctic d.o.o. iz Rijeke.

Claire Bournet and Sébastien Lefrançois have met to create a performance at the crossroads of respective art and universe. They have in common an « ice-skater childhood » in which they both have memory of creative disobedience:  once the lesson was over, they tried, played, experimented new figures, new sensations, out of the box, out of the rules.  They are convinced that creation means emancipation from esthetic frontiers,to embody his writing, he has made up a team with seven performers coming from many artistic origins – hip hop, circus, theater, dance, figure skating and ice dance.
